Redd and Co. is hands-down the best jeweler in the Lehigh Valley. My first experience working with them was to purchase an engagement ring for my fiancé. I was so pleased that I've since returned to purchase a necklace and wedding bands. Redd and the team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and resourceful that I'll never have to step inside a different jewelry store in my life. Even though I now live in Atlanta, Redd is my go-to jeweler and is remarkably efficient and reliable for mail order.

We are so sorry you felt as though our staff ignored you, I was there when you had walked in and heard our staff greet you as we do everyone that walks into our store, so we are a bit confused as to why you would say that. We are known as you can see from all our other reviews that we are highly rated for our friendly staff and excellent turn around time on repairs. Far better than other local stores.
Since we have a jeweler on staff, our normal turn around time on any repair is 24 -48 hours, given the fact that you had wanted your repair done in a few hours, we explained to you that an upcharge would be required, it is the week before Mothers day and our store is extremely busy, but we told you we would be more than willing to take care of that for you. you felt that we should not have charged you extra for rush service and left?
193201278Mar 8, 2023This is one classy jewelry shop run and owned by the nicest man name Redd and his wife who are genuinely nice from the moment you walk in the door. I would really love to go back in there weekly and choose one of their fine pieces but I really have too much at Home that my Mother left me.

Brought them in to Redd, and voila! He also does appraisals / estate jewelry. Excellent trusted fine jewler: thank you Redd!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the warm welcoming atmosphere and professional service. Loved the collection of jewelry, from classic to modern. Felt like a kid in a candy store. I highly recommend them and know I will be a frequent shopper there.

My experiences at Redd's Jewelry store has been nothing but wonderful. Redd,Lisa,& staff are so very nice. My shopping experience from buying something new, repairs or Redd creating some original has been unbelievable. I highly recommend Redd and Co for a wonderful jewelry experience!!!!

His staff is very helpful and super sweet! He is by far the best jeweler I know!
