Horrible customer service !
Lack of empathy!
Lack of resolution!
I don't usually go to this spa and go to some other one for a long time but today they reminded me why the young medical spa is not my usual go to spot .
I am a full time employee with 3 kids. It is already hard to find time for my personal care and even though I left home on time ( 30 minutes earlier) unfortunately I got stuck on the traffic and called them for courtesy at my appointment time and let them know " I am on my way but I will be 7 mins late according to the gps". They made me wait for at least 4 minutes on the phone and then told me they needed to move my schedule to another time. Even though I told them I am 3 minutes away now they did not accept this and only offered me rescheduling this appointment.
I arrived 3 mins later and talked with the manager and nothing changed!
I don't think I will ever go back to this place again! Lost 1 hrs 30 minutes of my time ( because seems like there is a traffic going back home and putting this review while I am driving back at the traffic lights ).
I understand their time is important for them and they want to leave on time from work but they definitely don't care and respect their customers' time at all. This type of business should definitely have some flexibility for its customers and schedule its appointment's accordingly , not scheduling back to back appointments or find different solutions for this type of situations.
I also forgot to mention that last time when I arrived with my mom to my appointment they made us wait more than 5 minutes. So this means; you can make us wait but we cannot make you wait ???? That's a lack of empathy!!!
When a customer does not feel understood or listened to, they will likely become frustrated and will probably end up taking their business elsewhere and that's what I will be doing not going back again even though I have a paid service in my account. That's a shame but I don't want to see them or do any business with them again!

Service is excellent - customer service is dog shit. My mother couldn't drive to Young because of her medical condition, and intended on spending at least a grand there today but couldn't and had to reschedule. Your customer service lady was SO rude to my mother when she asked why the $50 fee is necessary because she is not cancelling, she's rescheduling, and it's an emergency.
Shame to lose a years long customer because you hired a grumpy, incompetent desk employee.
Judy is AMAZING. The desk employees are horrendous. Hire new people, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. There's plenty of other places in the LV.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

The professionalism and expertise of the entire team at Young Medical Spa Center Valley is beyond expectation.... I expected nothing less than stellar. They surpassed that and then some. Let me explain what I mean by this. I have the unique honor of having met Paula Young on several occasions. She is an amazing, beautiful, compassionate woman - and happens to be recognized Nationally as one of the best (if I try to remember the exact title, I will get it wrong) in the field/industry. (To my pet pals - she is a pet lover and has donated time, talent and treasure to helping pups). She has an incredible Podcast - Highly, highly recommend - "It's a Young Thing."
When it came to my decision to have dermal fillers I researched and researched. I felt comfortable going to Young Medical Spa. Also, I met Judy at an event last August. She was able to look at my skin. As you can tell, I have given this a lot of thought.
I will be 48 in June. There are many things that I could want "fixed" on my body. Those things are just me and I am accepting them. What other people choose to do or not do is up to them. I am sharing my "journey" because I want others to know how hard it was to make this decision --- and the number of years I spent researching and preparing. :-). My laugh lines were really bothering me. When I looked at photos; unless I was smiling, I looked cranky.
I scheduled a consult with Lesley. She was so easy to talk with. I was totally comfortable talking through everything with her.
Judy was phenomenal! She and Kristen explained each type of filler and it's purpose thoroughly and gave me options. They were so kind. Both of them knew I was anxious. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding team guiding me through this process.
Lexi and Ashley were great to talk with regarding scheduling and follow-up. Kristen called the next day and answered questions I forgot to ask when she checked in with me.
My follow up is later on this week. I highly recommend seeing Judy for dermal fillers at Young Medical Spa.
By the way, it is a good Idea to wear layers that can be removed without going over your head. In case you get too warm during the procedure. Hot flashes are the norm in my case..... and Kristen and Judy made sure I was completely comfortable....Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

I visited Young Med Spa in Forty Fort and my experience was great! . Booking and getting into Young the was easy and quick! The front desk personnel was receptive and informative with the services they offer when speaking to them over the phone. The office is located within a corporate building, luckily Young Med Spa had put up plenty of signage because as a directionally challenged individual I may have gotten lost. The office space is clean and furniture looked new. Upon entering the front desk personnel took my temperature and asked all COVID questions.
The doctor administering the services was very friendly and professional. Young Med Spa in Forty Fort is their 3rd extension office which speaks volumes to their company. The outcome is great and I definitely recommend!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

I can't say enough how caring and empathetic everyone is at Young. This specific review is regarding McKenzie and Judith. I recently had an appointment with them and the care and attention was remarkable. They answered questions and walked me through the entire process. I even received follow up calls to ensure I'm doing well after our appointment. Big shoutout also to Lesley for her assistance with my personal needs as well.

Worse place ever - went in for oxygen facial, the girl did other things to my face!

We haven't performed oxygen facials in the last 3 years. In checking our records, we see that someone had an oxygen facial in 2013 and wrote this same negative review. We reached out to that patient and returned her money after explaining what our oxygen facial was which was different then what she expected.

So I wrote a review about Dr. Young's staff and apparently they didn't like it. If you can see by there history of responses they are not happy with bad remarks but they are most certainly true.
I went in for a consultation about cool sculpting and was not informed of any of the hazards of the treatment as it can cause permanent nerve damage. They also were not able to explain Kybella.
The reception area was cold at best. The staff was stuffy. This is not a place I would recommend. You can make more informed decisions regarding treatment options going to other offices who actually explain ALL of the pros and cons of such treatments.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Obviously we did not leave a good impression on her during her consultation, so we are unsure of how to respond to a review written so long ago and is now being updated. This person had one visit and no treatment.
