The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce's Women's Business Council will honor two business leaders this fall with the group's annual awards. Kim Capers, outreach coordinator for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) at Capital BlueCross, will receive the 2015 Athena Award. Danielle Cassidy, vice president/market sales manager for Bank of America, will be given the 2015 Athena Young Professional Award. The awards honor individuals who demonstrate excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession; who provide valuable service by contributing time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community; and who assist other women in realizing their full leadership potential.
