Emmaus borough council March 2016 EMMAUS, Pa. - Emmaus hopes to recoup more than $49,000 from the federal government for January’s snowstorm. Borough manager Shane Pepe explained most of the $49,683 being sought is the amount the borough spent for emergency snow removal in two days immediately after the storm, which dumped more than 31 inches of snow on the weekend of Jan. 22-24.
