Hundreds of motorcycles and riders will roar into south Bethlehem Saturday for an event designed to create a scene that is about much more than just Harleys, Cruisers and Classics. The inaugural SouthSide Bethlehem Bike Show, presented by the Downtown Bethlehem Association, is a community event that features a "Tongues on Fire" Chile Pepper Eating Contest hosted by George "The Salsa Guy" Gilreath (4 p.m., sign ups begin at 1), a food court, entertainment by the Krazy White Boys freestyle motorcycle team (1:30 and 3:30 p.m.) and music, including the James Supra Blues Band (5 p.m.).
