Even before PA Career Link Lehigh Valley opened the doors on its annual Raymond E. Spencer job fair Wednesday morning, a line of more than 200 job seekers snaked around Ag Hall at the Allentown Fairgrounds. "These are people looking for employment and in this room is hope," Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce President Tony Iannelli said.
