After more than seven months with an inactive liquor license, the Broadway Pub at Bangor's Colonial Hotel, long considered the cornerstone of the borough's downtown revival, has the taps flowing once again. Borough resident Gary Caal, for one, couldn't be happier. "There's not a lot of places that offer the same experience," said Caal, who said he's regularly walked down to the pub from his house for nearly four years.
