In weather befitting an ice hockey announcement, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms held a frigid 10:30 a.m. news conference at Seventh and Hamilton streets to announce a deal with the regional power supplier for naming rights of the 8,500-seat arena where the Phantoms will begin playing in 2014.
