In Thursday's first Northampton County executive debate for Democratic candidates, John Callahan and Lamont McClure traded barbs while Glenn Reibman largely stayed out of the fray. McClure, possibly the least known of the candidates countywide, went on the attack almost immediately against Callahan, who's had nine years as Bethlehem mayor and a Lehigh Valley congressional run. The campaign is to replace county Executive John Stoffa, who is not running for re-election.
