I'll be a judge at two events this weekend, and I can tell you from past experience that both of them are terrific. Saturday will be my second stint as a South Bethlehem chili judge at "Spring on 4th, What's on Third," the annual community festival and chili cookoff sponsored by the Downtown Bethlehem Association. The free event was founded 18 years ago and is a great way of highlighting the revitalized South Side's galleries, shops and eateries. It runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. along Third, Fourth and New streets.
