Lehigh Valley business leaders say they’re optimistic about continued job creation in the area, after data released Tuesday showed the Lehigh Valley’s unemployment rate dipped to its lowest level in more than four years. The unemployment rate decreased to 7.9 percent in May, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.
