As another major business makes plans to leave Phillipsburg, this time for Bethlehem, officials in New Jersey said the state is failing to compete with the incentive programs courting corporations to other states. Tom Corbett's office and officials in the Lehigh Valley announced this morning Curtiss-Wright, an international defense contractor, will move out of its facility on Memorial Parkway for a planned building off Route 412 near the Interstate 78 interchange.
