Small Business Council gives $23,000 to nonprofits The Small Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce recently presented nearly $23,000 to two area nonprofits. The State Theatre Center of the Arts received about $10,300 and LifePath Inc. received about $12,600. LifePath was started in 1974 by a group of concerned parents who wanted more individualized care for children with special needs.
