Perhaps the catch-all phrase for Allentown's seventh annual Blues, Brews & Barbecue festival, noon-10 p.m. Saturday on Hamilton Street between Seventh and Ninth streets, is tasty. Tasty, as in the sweet blues music that will be offered. Kicking off a six-act day at 1:15 will be guitarist Craig Thatcher's new Blues Akustiko acoustic blues combo with Ansel Barnum, Nyke Van Wyk and Don Plowman. Also playing will be guitarist Mike Dugan's Dugan Thomas Band at 2:15, harmonica player James Supra and singer Sarah Ayers' quartet at 3:30, Billy Hector Band at 5, and Alexis P. Suter at 6:45.
