Let the record show that the cow did get kissed at the Boys and Girls Club of Easton's Play for Kids event Saturday.. Alison Pickel, executive vice president for Easton and Phillipsburg initiatives for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, was the top fund-raiser among the "celebrities" (including me) who competed for the honor, and she didn't hold back, planting a smacker right on the cow's lips.
