The State Theatre on April 24 will host "Dancing With the Lehigh Valley Stars," officials announced Tuesday. The show will feature six Lehigh Valley personalities partnered with professional dancers from Utah Ballroom Dance Company, according to a news release. Participants will rehearse with the dancers during the week leading up the event, which will be split into two parts. The first half will feature the local "celebrities" performing their routines in "glitzy costumes," according to the release. The second half will feature the Utah Ballroom Dance Company members in action. The winner of the competition will be announced at the end of the show and will take home the Mirror Ball trophy.
