With the long-cold Bethlehem Steel blast furnaces looming behind him, Gov. Tom Wolf on Wednesday unveiled tax and jobs plans he hopes will rebuild Pennsylvania’s stagnant economy and rejuvenate its shrinking manufacturing sector. Wolf, a York County businessman before his November election, focused on reducing two types of business taxes and closing accounting loopholes to recoup some of the resulting lost revenue.
