Braun. He said the tax has raised the company's tax burden 30 percent on top of the "highest corporate tax rate in the world." The company has had to pay an additional $24 million in taxes as a result of the federal mandate, he said. "But we have hope," added Heugel, noting the Pennsylvania Democrat supports efforts underway to repeal the tax.
