Hundreds of developers gathered in Allentown on Tuesday to discuss the outlook of commercial real estate in the region. The Lehigh Valley commercial real estate market is booming, at least according to most of the approximately 500 real estate developers, construction companies and commercial loan lenders who packed into the PPL Center for the Chamber of Commerce's commercial real estate outlook and awards show. "Certainly, Center Valley is hot, the Promenade area. The CRIZ [City Revitalization and Improvement Zone] is very exciting with things going on," said Adrian Kwiatek-Holub, a commercial loan lender with National Penn Bank. But the Neighborhood Improvement Zone [NIZ] dominated the show. "Only 30 percent has been used, so there is a lot more to use," said Doug Frederick of the Fredrick Group.
