Community Services for Children is a leader in early childhood education. We believe that all children deserve a chance to succeed. Founded in 1981, CSC is committed to ensuring that children enter school ready to learn and their families are prepared to assist them. We provide early learning and child care support services to young children and their parents, low-income families, and child care providers. - Directly proved Head Start, Early Head Start, PreK Counts preschool. - Administer the Keystone STARS program to improve child care quality through the Northeast Regional Key. - Administer subsidies to assist low income families access child care through the Child Care Information Services program Collectively, we serve more than 35,00 children and families in teh Lehigh Valley and 11 other counties of Northeastern PA.
