VM Development Group

VM Development Group specializes in historic preservation using existing real estate as the base for renovation. Based in historic Flemington, New Jersey, VM Development also operates out of the iconic Nation Building in Easton, Pennsylvania. The principal members have been working in real estate development, property management and commercial sales for over 18 years. These principals have produced a number of award winning, adaptive re-use projects, in addition to new ground up construction. They own and operate over 450,000 square feet in the surrounding region, as well as multiple properties in five states. These properties are varied in use, including residential multi-use buildings, commercial facilities and two commercial condominium associations.
