Ott Consulting Inc. [OCI] was formed in October 2003 by Jeffrey L. Ott, P.E. and Reynold E. Petre III, P.L.S. to provide site/civil engineering services to public and private clients throughout the Lehigh Valley, Slate Belt and Pocono Region.

Our staff of professionals have the background and experience to respond to challenging project constraints and complex regulatory reviews. OCI also maintains associations with specialty consultants in traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental analysis, wetland restoration and economic analysis to provide our clients with total project management.
