State Theatre Center for the Arts

A non-profit, member supported center for the arts in historic Easton, PA, the State Theatre opened on the vaudeville circuit in 1926. The complex includes a 1,500 seat performance hall, Acopian Ballroom and the contemporary Butz Gallery, perfect for group outings, receptions and meetings. In addition to presenting nearly 100 shows and events per year, the State Theatre is also the only theatre in the country to produce a live television show, The FREDDY (c) Awards, honoring outstanding achievement in local high school theater, for which it received an EMMY (c) in 2005. non-profit
