The celebration runs all day, with the facility open from 12 PM to 8 PM. The official ribbon cutting celebration running from 2:30-3:30pm, with a 3 PM ribbon cutting. Followed by an exclusive Jocelyn Alo Camp at 3:30 PM and a VIP S-Mental Session with Jocelyn at 6 PM. Jocelyn Alo is a current professional softball player, a two-time National Champion, ESPY Winner, and the current NCAA home run record holder. Owner Alex MacLean, a Lehigh Valley native and former Division I softball player, has dedicated over a decade to developing softball athletes. She founded 7 Deadly Spins Fastpitch in her backyard, growing it into the region’s leading training program and helping more than 50 athletes advance to the collegiate level. In October 2024, Alex expanded her mission by acquiring The Hitter’s Edge in Whitehall, a cornerstone of the community since 1992. She is committed to enhancing the facility, transforming it into the premier destination for baseball and softball players to train, grow, and reach their full potential.
