This training is about inclusivity, leadership and the use of self. We will explore the way in which we lead and build relationships. We will gain a better understanding of how we use our being/identity to navigate in this world. To create an environment in which self and others realize their best self and enjoy meeting respective organizations goals and objectives. This will be looked at from a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion lens. We will name and own our current place on the inclusion roadmap. This is about developing and fostering trust and respect, leading to belonging. A workplace where assimilation is not the desired goal and bringing your best self into a place where differences are seen as an asset and healthy tension fosters innovation and creativity.
