The Allentown Chamber of Commerce presents an Economic Development Update with John Palumbo of Urban Residential Properties and Carlos Tovar of Diseño Urbano Studio on The Neuweiler Lofts Project from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Registration begins at 5:00 PM with a program beginning at 5:30 PM, hard hat tours and a reception will follow the program.

THE NEUWEILER LOFTS PROJECT PRESENTORS:

John Palumbo, Esq. is the Chief Operating Officer at Urban Residential Properties, a vertically integrated real estate development firm, which is spearheading the revitalization of multiple development projects along the western banks of the Lehigh River in Allentown.

Carlos Tovar, AIA is the Founder of Diseño Urbano Studio, an international architecture + engineering design group focused on large scale redevelopment and urban design projects.

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKERS – PA STATE REP., JOSH SIEGEL and ALLENTOWN MAYOR, MATT TUERK

Guests will learn about the plans for the Neuweiler Lofts building, be able to tour the new project site, and hear exciting new announcements coming to the area. The speakers will give an overview of their strategic blueprint to implement revitalization efforts and introduce an entirely new district in the heart of our city.
