The 2019 Commercial Real Estate Development (CRED) Awards recognizing the most innovative and accomplished commercial real estate organizations, developers, builders, and designers.
CRED Adaptive Reuse Award: Factory, LLC for their conversion of the former Bethlehem Steel “Mill Depot” building into a one-of-a kind, custom-built, 40,000 sq. ft. innovation and scale-up facility.
CRED Impact Award: The Rockefeller Group for The Rockefeller Group Logistics Park, which will include a one-million-square-foot facility, and another planned for roughly 290,000 square feet.
