Join us for the Historic District’s Summer Soup and Spirits Saunter on June 12th, 2021! Stroll down the streets of Historic Downtown Bethlehem, and enjoy tasty soup and spirit samples from some of your favorite restaurants and retailers . After completion of sampling – vote for your favorite! Our participants are highly competitive and feel they have the best – who will win your vote? Reserve your voters pass today!

Each “Saunter” takes about an hour and a half. We will allow 60 people per session. You must arrive within the hour you reserved your tickets, to start the Saunter. Please arrive at 74 W. Broad Street and proceed to Suite 240 (same floor as Edge Restaurant). You will receive your voter’s card, a map, and you will proceed to your first stop. We recommend parking in the North Street lot, and using the cross over on the 4th floor, to suite 240. Street parking is available.

Upon arrival to each location, present your voter’s card to the restaurant staff to receive your sample. Stroll to the next stop while tasting your samples until you are finished.

Once finished, scan the QR Code on the voter’s card and place your vote! You have until 8PM on Sunday, June 12th to place your vote.

The Downtown Bethlehem Association’s Cocktail Trails are always an extremely popular way to visit the many businesses Historic Downtown Bethlehem has to offer. Visit Main & Broad Streets this June to enjoy sipping our Summer spirits!

Participants will purchase their passport below, pick up their passport and map at a designated location. Each business will provide a Summer cocktail sample while passport holders visit each location.

There are 2 trails for this event, a yellow and a blue trail. Both have 12 stops along the way, and both will have you visiting your favorite merchants!

Some things to note about this trail...

1. Unlike our most recent trails during the pandemic, you may visit all of the locations on your chosen trail passport, in ANY order you choose!

2. Sampling will occur at each location on your passport

3. Cocktail samples are not designed "to-go" and cannot be taken outside of the business. They must be consumed on-site at each sampling location.

The Downtown Bethlehem Association (DBA) presents the most delicious week of the year – Historic Bethlehem Summer Restaurant Week!

Participating Downtown Bethlehem Restaurants will offer pre fixe menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of our restaurants will be offering curbside menus as well. No passes, tickets or coupons are required. Instead, diners may simply visit their favorite participating restaurants throughout the week to enjoy the special priced menus. It is strongly recommended that diners make reservations in advance. Diners should contact restaurants directly to make reservations.

#PostYourPlate – When dining downtown during Summer Restaurant Week, patrons are encouraged to take a picture of their plate or to-go meals, tag the restaurant, and upload to social media using the hashtag #PostYourPlate, for a chance to win a gift card to every restaurant participating in Summer Restaurant Week. 2 winners will be selected at random.

The Chamber’s 32nd Annual Snow Ball is presented by the Business Council and Capital BlueCross on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Brookside Country Club (901 Willow Lane, Macungie, PA 18062).

Snow Ball is The Chamber’s premier black-tie dinner dance combined with a silent and live auction fundraiser to benefit The Chamber’s Main Street Lehigh Valley. Cocktails & hors d’oeuvres will begin at 6:00 pm with dinner served at 7:30 pm. After dinner and the Live Auction, dance the night away with our Lucky 7 Band from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm. The Silent Auction will be presented from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the Live Auction held during dinner. In the past 32 years, the Business Council is proud to have contributed more than $500,000 to beneficiaries of the Snow Ball Auction.

This sell-out event attracts a stellar audience of approximately 200 high-profile Chamber members and Lehigh Valley community leaders. Seating is limited this year, so reserve your tickets now!

The mission of the Chamber Foundation, Main Street Lehigh Valley is to improve every main street in the Lehigh Valley through targeted investments in façade improvements, streetscape designs, sidewalk beautification and other enhancements to the physical appearance of our local downtowns, business districts and traditional surrounding neighborhoods.

We will be following the latest CDC Guidlines at Snow Ball 2021.
