The Chamber’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Collaborative is proud to present the 2023 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Summit on Wednesday, April 19^th, 2023, at Ben Franklin Technology Partners (116 Research Dr, Bethlehem, PA 18015) from 7:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (detailed schedule below)

The purpose of The Chamber’s DEI Summit is to educate, connect and inspire. The day will consist of a general session with a keynote presentation, breakout sessions and networking with a focus on driving inclusion through leadership…c-suite and beyond. This year’s keynote speaker is Drew Lewis, VP Global Diversity and Talent at ADP.

Drew is a consummate builder and creator. He is passionate about conceiving and developing new ideas and opportunities that enhance value for both organizations and individuals. He thrives in the area of initiating new professional relationships that result in incremental benefit for all parties involved.

Mr. Lewis has spent his career acquiring expertise across multiple disciplines including corporate venturing, new business development, cross functional team leadership, financial analysis, and software-as-a-service (SaaS). More recently, Mr. Lewis has brought his vast experience into the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Drew currently serves as the Vice President of Global Diversity and Talent for ADP, Inc. In this role he is responsible for leveraging and implementing DEI principles to drive measurable business outcomes. Incrementally, he has global responsibility for the oversight of ADP’s ten (10) business resource groups (BRGs) which include 15,000+ employee-members across the entire global BRG ecosystem.

Immediately prior to joining ADP, Drew worked for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. in several different roles including corporate development and marketing. Earlier in his career Drew held various positions covering the areas of strategy, finance, and government.

It is that time of year again, Historic District Cleanup!

In conjunction with Earth Day, The Downtown Bethlehem Association will be hosting our annual Historic District Clean-Up. The purpose of this event is to encourage community involvement in keeping our city's Historic District beautiful, clean, and inviting for everyone! All ages are welcome. Volunteers under the age of 16 years MUST be accompanied by an adult. Join your neighbors in helping to make a difference in our community!

This year we are holding the cleanup on April 23rd, 2023, from 9 AM to 12 PM. We will have breakfast for you as well as a T-shirt, supplies and fun items to take away from the cleanup.

GREATER BETHLEHEM RESTAURANT WEEK IS BACK!

From April 30th through May 6th, we are encouraging local foodies to visit restaurants all throughout Bethlehem. Everyone knows Bethlehem has some of the most amazing restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, and Greater Bethlehem Restaurant Week is a great opportunity for our restaurants to feature their best Bethlehem bites. It's also a great week for guests to visit their favorite spots or try somewhere new.

Each participating restaurant will provide fixed menus to enjoy. Menus may be offered for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Our goal at the Bethlehem Chamber is to create awareness, promote our restaurants, and encourage the Lehigh Valley to get out and dine...in Bethlehem!
