The Allentown Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the Allentown State of the City Address with Mayor Matt Tuerk on Thursday, January 11 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m at The Waterfront (615 Waterfront Drive).

Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. The program will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. and end at 1:00 p.m.

Mayor Matt Tuerk reflects on his year in office and the progress within the last year. In addition, he will share his vision and plan for Allentown’s future. During his speech, lunch will be provided with your ticket to the event.

Join us for the Historic District’s Soup Saunter on January 13, 2024. Stroll down the streets of Historic Downtown Bethlehem, and enjoy tasty soup samples from some of your favorite restaurants. After completion of sampling – vote for your favorites! Our restaurants are highly competitive and feel they have the best soup – who will win your vote? Each “Saunter” takes about an hour and a half. You must arrive within the hour you reserved your tickets to start the Saunter. Please arrive at 74 W. Broad Street and proceed to Suite 240 (same floor as Edge Restaurant). You will receive your voter’s card and a map and proceed to your first stop. We recommend parking in the North Street lot and using the pedestrian walkway on the 4th floor to suite 240. Street parking is available.

The Downtown Bethlehem Association (DBA) presents the tastiest week of the year - Winter Restaurant Week in historic downtown Bethlehem!

From January 28th through February 3rd, participating downtown Bethlehem restaurants will offer prefixed menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
