Veterans Day Recognition Ceremony
Join us as we honor and celebrate the service of our Lehigh Valley Veterans at this year’s Veterans Day Recognition Ceremony. The event will take place on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, in the Kasych Family Pavilion (1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, PA 18103).

This special ceremony is open to all Lehigh Valley Veterans and will feature a keynote address from Dr. Baligh Yehia, President and Executive Vice President of Jefferson Health. Veterans who RSVP will receive an exclusive gift, and all guests are invited to enjoy light refreshments following the program.

Entry fee for an Employer Team is $150 for an entry with unlimited participants (participants can be employees, friends, family, etc. of the employer.). Indidviudal Veteran Supporters or College/University Team registrations are FREE for the Ruck ‘n Walk, although donations are encouraged for the beneficiary.

The new Walnut Street Garage represents a major investment in Bethlehem’s future, replacing the aging former 500-foot parking garage with a right-sized, modern, efficient, and beautifully designed structure that complements our historic downtown. The project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule, thanks to a thoughtfully executed accelerated demolition and construction timeline designed to support downtown businesses.

The new garage features upgraded materials, safety enhancements, and a pedestrian-friendly streetscape — improving access for shoppers, diners, and visitors alike.

This successful project is the result of a strong partnership between the Bethlehem Parking Authority and the City of Bethlehem. In addition to offering additional convenient off-street parking to the parking system, the new garage includes retail and activation space to further energize the Walnut Street corridor.

Join the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation, proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, as we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Galen Glen Winery with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, November 22!

Wrapping up a year-long celebration, the ribbon cutting ceremony (held promptly at 12:30 PM) will be followed by a reception featuring Galen Glen's collection of wines (for purchase) and an opportunity to meet the dedicated team behind Galen Glen's success! The afternoon to follow will feature Galen Glen trivia, as well as the release of a collaboration with local, award-winning cheesemakers from The Farm at Doe Run! A special edition of their Hickory on the Hill cheese, washed with the Galen Glen Fossil Vineyard Riesling, will be available for purchase!

Galen Glen Winery, a proud 6th and 7th generation family-owned farm, has been crafting exceptional wines that reflect their deep connection to the land and commitment to quality. From pioneering Grüner Veltliner in the U.S. to producing award-winning wines like Cabernet Franc and Erin Elizabeth, Galen Glen continues to set the standard for Pennsylvania winemaking.

The African American Business Leaders Council presents to you the Roots & Rhythm Gala, an awards dinner to honor African American achievements in the Lehigh Valley paired with live entertainment, elegant style, and a silent auction fundraiser to benefit the African American Business Leaders Council Scholarship Fund. Cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres at 6:00 PM, dinner and program at 7:00 PM. Live music and dancing from 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

The 2025 African American Business Leaders Awards will also be presented. This award is presented to an individual or a company who is a community icon, has made significant contributions to the community, and has distinguished him/herself in the business world and the community.

Doors open at 4:30 PM, and the program begins at 5:00 PM. Watch as the towering tree comes to life with thousands of sparkling lights, illuminating the heart of the city. Enjoy festive carols and holiday performances by local musicians, enjpy FREE cookies, hot chocolate, and crafts with family and friends, and take in the joy of this magical evening. Join us on Friday, November 28th at 5 PM in Hellertown as we kick off the holiday season with a night full of festive fun for all ages.

From live performances and music to hot chocolate and delicious bites from food trucks, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Adults can sip on seasonal beverages (available for purchase) while kids take part in hands-on holiday activities, visit with Santa, and meet live reindeer up close.

Returning for its fifth year, the Greater Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce, proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, has partnered with Heidelberg, Lynn, Lowhill and Weisenberg Townships for the 5th Annual Northwestern Lehigh Tree Lighting Ceremony!

The event will take place on Sunday, November 30th, 2025 from 4:30-7:30 PM (with Santa’s arrival for the official tree lighting scheduled for 6:30 PM) and is free and open to the public. This event will feature musical performances, live reindeer, a petting zoo, roaming characters (Ana, Elsa, Minnie & Mickey!), great food and tons of holiday cheer!

A vendor market will take place in the lower pavilion with crafters, nonprofits and local businesses with goods for sale for holiday shopping; the upper pavilion will host a variety of food samples, giveaway items at the Chamber Booth, and a holiday DJ. Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to take photos with special charatcers!

Event is free to attend!
