The Caiazzos are co-owners of two other popular Bethlehem restaurants, Anna Bella and Campus Pizza and are the former co-owners of Anna Mia Restaurant.
Ralph and his family have owned and operated restaurants in the Lehigh Valley for more than 25 years and he and Staci are so excited to open their Main Street location.
Molto Pazzo offers classic, homemade Italian cuisine but also offers a great selection of seafood and steak dishes as well. It was important to the Caiazzos that the their patrons have a large variety of entrees to choose from and, as a result, offer an extensive menu at Molto Pazzo.
Staci is an attorney in Northampton County and is now assisting her husband in the day to day operations of Molto Pazzo.
Molto Pazzo, meaning "Very Crazy" in Italian is open Tuesday through Sunday. It is currently BYOB but will soon be selling homemade Italian wine produced on the premises. Feel free to call 610-625-2733 for more information.
