Carmen Toro has been a local make-up artist and esthetician for over fourteen years and has recently developed her own mineral make-up line.  She will be introducing the sophisticated and natural make-up collection on Friday, March 16, 2012 at the Fowler Blast Furnace Room located at ArtsQuest in South Bethlehem.  The event starts at 6:30 p.m.

Beauty Alibi is a private label cosmetic and skin care retail company that sells cosmetics, accessories and makeup services online to customers worldwide.  The collection offers foundations, blushes, eye shadows and bronzers in press or loose powders, lipsticks and lip glosses, pencil brushes and accessories.
