Event Description: The menu will feature Sweet Potato Ravioli, Butternut Squash Risotto, Beet and Tangerine Salad, and other seasonal delights that please our taste buds. Instructor Janice Kay of Green Cuisine. Northampton Community College, 511 E. Third Street, Fowler Family South Side Center, Bethlehem, PA. This program is offered free of charge to people affected by cancer. Please call 610-861-7555 to register. The Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley is part of an international nonprofit organization that provides support, education and hope to people with cancer and their loved ones. Through participation in professionally led support groups, educational workshops and mind/body/spirit classes, people affected by cancer learn vital skills that enable them to regain control, reduce isolation and restore hope regardless of the stage of disease.
