Monday, June 9, 2014 at Green Pond Country Club, Bethlehem, PA The Golf Classic fundraiser proceeds will help Victory House continue to: • Provide homeless veterans and others with emergency shelter, transitional housing, and supportive services • Provide needed operating funds • Help restore homeless men to a successful, self-sufficient and independent life • Work to improve our local community life. Sponsors Deadline is May 28th and Golf Participants Deadline is June 2tnd Registration: 8:30am (continental breakfast) Shotgun Start: 10am Format: 4-person scramble Lunch At Turn: hot dog and beverage Dinner/Awards: 3pm Cost: $100 per Golfer HOLE-IN-ONE PRIZES: $30,000 Prize (1/2 to golfer and 1/2 to Victory House) Sharp LCD Flat-Screen Television 2 Round Trip Domestic Airline Tickets PRIZES: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Foursomes 50/50 Pot of Gold (closest to the pin) Longest Drive NON-GOLF SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: • Golf Cart Sponsor - $300 - Includes Sponsor sign on all golf carts • Beverage Cart Sponsor- $250 – Includes a Sponsor sign on the beverage cart • Hole or Tee Sponsor – $150 - Includes a Hole or Tee Sponsor sign • Dinner Only - $40 GOLFING SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: • Presenting Sponsor – $5,000 - Includes four golfers, all meals, program listing, a banner, and recognition at dinner and shotgun start. Each player may bring one dinner guest. • Dinner Sponsor -- $2,000 - Includes four golfers, all meals, program listing, and a sponsor sign at dinner. Each player may bring one dinner guest. • Veterans Gold Star Sponsor –$1,500 - Includes four golfers, all meals, program listing, and a sponsor sign at registration desk. Each player may bring one dinner guest. • 19th Hole Sponsor -- $1,000- Includes four golfers, all meals, program listing, and a sign at 19th Hole (lounge). Each player may bring one dinner guest. • Prize Sponsor -- $750 - 2 golfers, all meals, sponsor sign and a sponsor announcement. Players may bring one dinner guest. • Hole-In-One Sponsor – $500 - Includes two golfers, all meals, listing in the event program and at a hole. • Veterans Silver Star Sponsor – $500 - Includes two golfers, all meals, listing in the event program and at a hole.
