First estimate was very high. Called me back two days later to try to sell me "more affordable solution" and set up second estimate with a different division within the company. After taking a vacation day from work, they were late by over 2 hours then called to reschedule us a week later. A week later came and they called to say they would be late again that Tech was hours from getting to us. Told them to forget it. Also, why didn't they present the more affordable option the first time they were at our home?

Been waiting two days to speak to a manager or owner to no avail. Going on a week of no air conditioning in 85 degree weather -- after promises that it would be two days with my system disconnected and then reconnected. A fiasco ...but today Foundation declared it is "done" and asking for final payment (if I sent you photos of the state my house is left in you would cringe). The confusion within this company on who is doing what, and when, is shocking. Every day it was something ... no one is coming because the truck broke down (no one calls to say so until you ask), the worker didn't know he had to bury the pipe removing the water from the sump pump, no one got the City permit, no one actually got the City inspector appointment, no one coordinated with the subcontractor wall demolition guy, or the electrician .. or the tile removal guy (also subcontractors) ... Nice guys and responsive but 1) the company is not prepared to work on anything other than a concrete or dirt floor basement and can do NONE of the required preparation or finishing work (other than dig the trench and install the product) (including the electrical work so that their system can be plugged in, and did not supervise, requiring the electrician to come twice); 2) is terrible coordinating with contractors who must do all demo and support work, causing confusion and unnecessary delays (despite assuring you they would coordinate with the company they recommended and see the job through); 3) has TERRIBLE INTERNAL comms making you the general contractor on-site; and 4) cannot keep a schedule (or let you know within reason what the schedule might be). We are going on week three of a "four day" job ... not joking (as I write from my retreat to an air conditioned hotel room because they left today with my air conditioning still disconnected after declaring they are "done" since the newly laid water-removal pipes are now finally covered with cement, inspected and working).

My wife and I tried giving this business a chance at waterproofing our basement. First red flag was the salesman that appeared to be some sort of drug abuser. But he actually knew the business and what he was talking about so we decided to go with it since it was much cheaper than a few other companies. Second Red flag was when the work started. Once they started drilling the basement to install the French drains they broke an oil line. Ok great. Things happen. Work had to stop while we get the oil company to replace it. 3rd red flag is when they broke the sewage pipe also while drilling. 4th flag is when they broke the sewage pipe again. 5 flag is when they broke the sewage pipe again. Then the guy named Andrew was supposed to run a new sewage pipe that we paid for since they broke it. No problem. He instead patched the existing pipe with pvc piping and boots which is fine if it wasn't gonna be cemented which will produce pressure around it and most likely cause it to slide off. (Andrew did all the work and he worked really hard. Thanks Drew I know it wasn't totally your fault). So in the process of them doing the work I realize that there is no supervisor around. The other guys are working really slow. There's one guy that looks like a dope fiend going in and out with a bag. I'm sure he stole tools or something. Just can't pinpoint it yet. Then when we call the supervisor he comes out and says everything looks fine although it didn't. I overheard him tell another employee he has to run back to newtown. Ok so no supervisor here but it's one there. Makes me feel like our house wasn't important enough. A quarter million dollar home but I understand. Maybe I didn't bitch enough. Call the manager Rocky to pay the bill for the broken oil line and he ignores our calls. We are now almost 2 weeks into having a basement waterproofed which should take 2 or 3 days. Work is finally finished and it's sloppy. Looks unprofessional and they tell me they will be back to install a new pump and run it to the sewage. 3 days later they finish up. Great. They leave my driveway a disaster from the materials. We have gravel all over the driveway cement in the driveway and wood that was left behind. This business is horrible. I'm hoping nothing goes wrong because I would hate to call them out again to fix the problem
By the way I am having a new sewage line ran because I don't have confidence in the security of the patch work. And I'm sure it will soon be a problem. Thanks 58 foundations or b-dry or whatever you call yourself. This company sucks. Take my advice and just pay more if you need to. But do not hire this company. You will regret it I forgot to add that I had to call a plumber out to unclog my sewage line because it had been packed with tissue (one of the workers took a dump in my drain but could've asked to use the restroom) and once the work was completed and I went to hook my utility sink back up I realized that one of the workers urinated in the unconnected sink.

I just had a call with them and it already sucked. They wanted to charge $200 to come out to take a look if the sump pump needs replacement. Then don't have availability for Satursdays until 5 weeks later ... I would not have responded the call if I had seen the one-star review.
