Jess did my GreatLength's hair extensions. It was a wonderful experience and I have never felt more at ease and comfortable in a salon. You really are treated like a VIP and a friend. The salon as a whole is very clean, very professional, and very friendly.

As a stylist, Jess is wonderful to have doing your service. She explained everything about extensions to me during our consultation since it is my first time getting them, and she was up front and honest about the entire process and cost.

She was very considerate of how I was feeling in the chair during my service, assured me that we could chat or I could watch tv or listen to music etc. and there was no pressure whatsoever. She also explained each step of the process as she did it, and she never handed me off to anyone else for shampooing etc. She ordered us lunch and we conversed and I felt very taken care of.

My extensions turned out phenomenal and I am extremely pleased. I received a complimentary blow out a few weeks after my extensions were applied, and I had just as great of an experience. Definitely returning for more services.

So about almost 2 months ago now I had a service at the salon where I was not satisfied to say the least. I left the salon with what I would describe as not dinner ready or yet feeling amazing beautiful. In addition I wore two white shirts that were completely ruined by my stylist. I just add this stylist I have been going to for some time so and this wasn't the first time she ruined my clothing. I reached out to her via text message because I had her personal phone number just Waited for her to respond. Almost 24 hours for by and get no response so I called the salon and requested the owner. After numerous back and forth emails I finally spoke to someone live. Yet no owner whom I requested after speaking to the salon manager. The salon manager agreed it was poor customer service. Well needless to say I went back but used another stylist and requested again a call from the owner and recieved none. Also the two shirts that they agreed with would be replaced have yet to be replaced. Total disregard to a customer that had been loyal for some time. I just want them BOTH to be replaced.

I have been coming to this salon for years and I can honestly say I always leave feeling amazing! Everyone has such great personalities. I always leave feeling like I made a new friend.

Dominique is my go to stylist. She always makes sure I know what I'm getting myself into when I request certain things. If you're looking to go blonde, she's the expert for sure. People used to mistake my blonde hair as my natural color... that's how good she is.

I just recently went darker and she did such an amazing job. She matched the color perfectly to my roots and left it feeling so amazing. I honestly don't even make my hair decisions anymore. I tell Dominique what I'm thinking and she tells me if it's even possible. Usually, I go in thinking I know what I want, but I can't explain it, but after a few minutes of talking Dominque always figures out what I really want. This is really important since Pinterest photos don't always help.

You can see how beautiful my blonde hair looked! I was just ready for a change. Luckily, Dominque figured out a way to give me what I wanted without the commitment. I am honestly so in love with my new hair, but it feels good to know that it will fade, so if I want the blonde back, it is possible without the damage!!! I also want to say that it's amazing to have someone that knows exactly how to cut my hair without me having to ask for anything (especially since I have no idea what to ask for).

She really knows what she's doing. Let her work her magic in your hair! I totally recommend you book her! She will make sure you leave satisfied.

Had a cut and color on Oct.26 and three weeks later had dye coming off my hair and onto the pillowcase. Lodged my compliant with Amber who said the owner would call me back. However a week later I still haven't received a call back from the owner. Deeply disappointed

I'm done with this salon- I've been 3-4 times and always requested a seemingly simple cut and they always fail. I have long, straight hair. I ask them to add angles so it makes a V down my back. That's all! I show them pictures (see attached to my review for reference). One of the photos provided is always me! So I know what I'm asking for is realistic. Every time I go to this salon, they spend 30 minutes on me. 10 mins shampooing, 10 minutes cutting, 10 minutes blow drying and $60 later I have myself a cut you could get at Supercuts. I've seen 3 different people at this salon and every time, my hair comes out like the photo where I have the black shirt on. I've gone to two level 3 stylists and one level 1 and they're all the same. During the one visit I did share my concerns with the stylist to have her try and correct it. She went back twice to fix, and it still ended up a U shape. This place just can't seem to get it right. People seem to like this place but not once have they delivered for me. Maybe dying/treatments are their specialty?

I have been here many times since I moved to the area and every stylist has been great but Carly was the absolute best! I strayed from this salon once because my friend recommended a less expensive salon but like they say, you get what you pay for. I ended up having to come back here (with my tail between my legs) to fix the mess I was left with. Carly did such an amazing job, I'll only be booking my appointments with her from now on. I'm so happy I finally found a stylist who is talented and personable!

Giovani is an extremely talented colorist and stylist. He takes time to explain options and has delivered exactly what I wanted. The salon is very well run. I highly recommend.

Made an appointment for a haircut with Kim, when I arrived I was warmly greeted and Kim sat down with me at talked about how I style my hair, products I use to make sure she gave me a cut that would work for me. I LOVE my cut!! Best cut I have ever had!!! I also don't book follow ups because of my schedule however I booked a follow up appointment with Kim for 6 weeks because she is awesome and I don't want to risk not getting in with her again! If your looking for a great cut, awesome staff and amazing service go here!! THANK YOU Kim can't wait to see you again!!!

Dominque is so amazing at what she does! She has made my hair the healthiest and best it's ever looked. I always leave this salon feeling so amazing. They are so welcoming and kind!

I love J. Morgan Salon East, my stylist Leslie is the best. Since moving to PA from NJ I've had trouble finding the right stylist to work on my short very curly hair and she knows just what to do. I recommend anyone with hard to manage curly hair to Leslie. I'm so happy with her. Thank you!
