The Crust Pizzeria & Restaurant

Ordered catering from here for a baby shower last week. A Tray of Chicken parm and Baked Ziti. I was debating over several places since we were coming from NYC, we wanted the food to be reflective of what we like and know. Without bringing it, ensuring it was warm and fresh. I read the reviews and saw pics of food before ordering. I called and tried to work with the owner Jerry on lowering his prices to match another pizza spot and we spoke for almost an hour. Although he didn't lower the prices, he gave us a tray of complimentary garlic bread. He was such a nice guy and it's a family owned business. Working with his brother Anthony and even his kids. They are from BK, NYC. The food was great and everyone at the baby shower loved it. Although I don't have pics of the food since people started eating as soon as it was opened, I guarantee the food has fresh ingredients and is made to order. We watched them cut up garlic for the garlic bread and bake it. The chicken parm was moist and flavorful as well as the ziti which was cooked perfectly. Everyone at the baby shower kept asking who brought it in and where it was from. The Crust shop is cute with outside patio and clean as well. They even helped give us a bowl we needed to melt some chocolate for a fondue. Jerry carried the food to our car himself. If we have another event we will use them for the future or stop by, say hi and try the pizza!

The crust is fantastic. It's a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is exactly what you would expect from a New York style pizzeria in a small town. It seems to me that the owner moved from a larger urban area to a smaller town and opened up a pizza shop. They do not serve alcohol, but that looks like they are looking to serve alcohol in the future. They have outdoor seating, which is absolutely wonderful. And I really enjoyed the staff. They have multiple of varieties of different slices of and pizzas . They also have salads, steak sandwiches, chicken, cheesesteak, sandwiches, and other assorted pizzeria style appetizers. So, if you're ever in the area, please visit the Crust Pizzeria and Restaurant.!

Can't believe I've never been here, but what a delightful surprise. The pizzas look amazing and they are all so very tasty. The crust is just the right amount of soft and a satisfying crunch. Brings me back to Brooklyn. Service was great as well and my pizza came fast and hot. Will be back for more!

P.s Love that each table has condiments.

I ordered the gyro pizza on a whim and it was so good! A combo of two of my favorite foods. It doesn't look that impressive when cold in the display but once heated up it's much more appetizing. I want to try all of the other types of pizza here I'm sure it's good

One of my favorite pizza joints in Allentown!!!! Every time I go for work I hit this place up.

Had a grilled chicken salad for lunch. It was the best salad I've had this year. I work nearby and had it delivered. I look forward to having their pizza. If everything else is
as good, I'll throw in the fifth star!

75 min for delivery.
$37 price.
Not sure where the price breakdown is, but its an aweful lot of money for mediocre food and even slower delivery.
Ill think twice before ordering from here again.

From NY so I'm a hard pizza critic. This place had really good slices, and I'll go back for sure.

Went there today for lunch. Had two slices of Sicilian pizza. It is by far the best Sicilian slices around. She had a slice of buffalo chicken pizza and a pepperoni slice. The chicken was good. Ground but nicely distributed and light on the hot sauce. Perfect for me. Thanks for a good deal and great pizza

Next time we are trying cheesesteaks or something different.
