Animal welfare agency and animal shelter providing services to the Lehigh Valley. Our mission: Rescue - Care - Protect - Educate. Founded in 1906, we provide shelter and adoption services to over 200 animals a day.

SOAR'S mission is to offer high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter to the public, helping to stop over-population of stray cats, and helping people with house pets while providing proper education.

We are a non profit, volunteer-based animal shelter organization saving the lives of dogs and cats. We are very conservative financially, which allows us to provide exceptional care to our resident animals. We are funded by our ongoing fundraising
