OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our firm philosophy focuses upon providing services to our clients based upon their individual needs. Our experience has shown that we cannot develop a “one size fits all” approach to providing professional services. As such, each client presents a unique situation and we customize our services to meet those specific needs. We allow the client to determine the role we will assume in achieving the success of their business.

In order to provide both effective and efficient service to our clients, we utilize a blend of professionals on each engagement. We will use staff at levels that are suitable for the various tasks at hand in order to keep professional fees at a reasonable level while still providing a high level of service. All work performed by staff members is reviewed by a director of our firm to ensure quality and accuracy in the final product and to ensure that we perform in accordance with AICPA Quality Control Standards. We will work with our client to insure that the appropriate member of our professional team is involved in the process at all times.

We utilize technology in our firm including electronic tax filing, paperless tax and accounting records, and the latest software available to help our clients. We are trained in many third party accounting packages and can assist you in optimizing products including Quickbooks, Peachtree, MAS90, MAS500, Business Works, Great Plains, etc. The use of paperless technology enables us to more efficiently serve our clients and help to reduce their professional fees, while enabling us to access records from virtually anywhere in the world.

Our directors and professional staff are available to you. We insure that more than one individual is involved in our client’s work so that in the absence of one individual, another can readily provide assistance. In addition, our firm directors take an active role in working with our clients and are always your primary point of contact.
