I am an entrepreneur seeking to acquire and operate a lower middle-market business in the Lehigh Valley and 
surrounding region (including Central PA, Philadelphia, and New Jersey). My philosophy is to be a long-term, 
hands-on steward — preserving the legacy built by the owner, protecting employees’ livelihoods, and 
maintaining trusted customer relationships. Unlike private equity firms or large strategic acquirers, I am not 
looking to flip or consolidate the business, but to honor its history while bringing resources, operational 
leadership, and strategic expertise to support continued growth. 

Investment Focus 

I am looking for a B2B business that meets the following preferred criteria: 
• Within ~90 minutes of Lehigh Valley, PA 
• ~$500K - $1.25M (+/-) in EBITDA/SDE 
• Consistent growth and profitability with durable demand 
• Recurring or reoccurring revenue 
• Diversified customer and supplier base 
• Industries of interest: manufacturing, automotive, waste services, building products, IT services, 
technology, and others

I bring 15+ years of strategy, operations, and finance experience across industries including manufacturing, automotive, IoT, building products, waste services, and others. My background includes leading teams of up 
to 20, driving performance improvements as an operations leader in a major manufacturing division, leading and executing 15+ acquisitions totaling $2+ billion, and structuring multiple strategic partnerships. 

Post-acquisition, I will focus on preserving company culture and relationships while driving growth through sales initiatives, operational improvements, and selective tuck-in acquisitions. 

My wife Mona and I are raising our five-year-old son in the Lehigh Valley, where we both grew up and have deep roots. Having spent much of my career in manufacturing and industrial settings — and coming from a family of entrepreneurs in a hard-working community — I’ve learned to connect with people from all walks of life and appreciate the commitment it takes to build and grow a small business. 

Educationally, I earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MS in Accounting from Lehigh University, 
and a BS in Business Administration (Information Systems and Int’l Business) from Drexel University.
